These terms apply to your use of the Clysentra website (www.clysentra.com), including its articles, guides, case studies, and free tools. By using the site you agree to them.
Informational use only
Everything on this site is provided for general information about search visibility for technical B2B manufacturers. It does not constitute professional advice for your specific situation, and it does not create a client relationship. Decisions about your website, marketing, or business remain yours.
Service terms
Published service pages describe the scope, pricing and delivery terms that apply to the relevant engagement. Where a separate written scope or agreement is provided, that document governs any work beyond the published service terms.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Payment
The SEO Audit is a fixed-price engagement at $497 USDfor one domain, one market and one location. Payment is required before the Audit begins. Work starts once payment and the required access are confirmed.
Cancellation and refunds
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment, provided work on the Audit has not started.
Approved refunds are issued for the amount paid, less a $25 administration fee and any non-refundable payment-processing costs.
Once work on the Audit has started, the 24-hour cancellation refund no longer applies.
If Clysentra cannot complete the Audit for reasons on our side, you will receive a full refund.
Access and delivery
The Audit is delivered within 7 business days from Kickoff Complete. Kickoff occurs once payment and the required access are confirmed.
If required access or information is not provided, the Audit is paused until it is available.
Audit credit
The $497 Audit fee is credited in full against the base price of your first Foundational Sprint if you proceed within 60 days of report delivery.
The credit is non-cash, non-transferable, single-use, and applies only to the same domain.
If the Audit is refunded, the Sprint credit does not apply.
No obligation to continue
The Audit stands on its own. You are not required to purchase a Foundational Sprint or any other Clysentra service after receiving the Audit.
Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, and structure of this site belong to Clysentra or its licensors. You may read, link to, and share links to our pages freely. Reproducing substantial parts of the site's content, or republishing it as your own, requires prior written permission.
Third-party names (including Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and named clients) belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this site describes tools, platforms, or work history; it does not imply endorsement or partnership unless explicitly stated.
Free website tools
The checkers on /tools/ fetch publicly accessible pages or robots.txt files from URLs you submit, analyze them, and show results to you. By using them you confirm that:
- You submit only URLs you have a legitimate reason to check.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, overload, or automate abusive access to the tools. Requests are rate limited, and we may block traffic that abuses the service.
Tool results are heuristic observations about technical configuration at a single point in time. They are not audits, not exhaustive, and not a substitute for professional review. Tools are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind.
No guarantee of search or AI-search results
Search engines and AI systems decide independently how they crawl, index, rank, cite, or represent any website. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, impression count, AI citation, lead volume, revenue outcome, or timeline for any service described on this site, and no statement on this site should be read as such a guarantee. Case studies describe past engagements; their outcomes do not promise similar results elsewhere.

Our work and this site depend partly on third-party platforms we do not control, including Google Search, Microsoft Bing, generative AI systems, LinkedIn, and hosting providers.
