Built on delivered work, not slideware.
01 — Why Clysentra exists
Why Clysentra exists
Clysentra is led by Piyush Bansod, who has spent more than six years doing hands-on SEO work, most of it on-page and technical, often delivered white-label through agency partners for companies whose products aren't the kind you find in a shopping app.
That work touched heatsinks, pumps, and safety and fall-protection equipment, among other industrial products. It also spanned ecommerce, local business, and SaaS. But the industrial side is where one pattern kept repeating: strong engineering, weak search visibility, and a reseller or marketplace listing appearing ahead of the company that made the product.
Clysentra exists because that pattern deserved a specialist, not another generalist agency treating a manufacturer's website like a small ecommerce store. Two engagements are documented in full on this site: DTF Canada, a Shopify-based B2B printing supplier, and Only Optical, a B2B eyewear ecommerce store. Both show the same underlying approach applied to real, different problems.
02 — Working philosophy
Four principles that decide everything
These aren't values on a wall. They're the rules that decide what gets recommended to a client, and what gets declined.
- 01
Evidence before recommendation
No strategy goes out without data behind it. If the evidence contradicts the plan, the plan changes, not the evidence.
- 02
Fixed scope over open retainers
Engagements have a defined deliverable and an end date. Ongoing work is something you choose afterward, not something you're defaulted into.
- 03
Specialization over generalization
One market, one discipline: search-driven demand for technical and engineered-product B2B companies. Staying narrow is a choice, and it's the reason the recommendations fit.
- 04
Say the uncomfortable thing
"Not yet." "Wrong priority." "This won't work for you." These get said when they're true, including when saying them costs a sale.
03 — How engagements are handled
How engagements run
You work directly with the person doing the analysis.
The person who scopes your Audit is the same person who runs it, writes the findings, and implements the fixes in the Sprint. There's no account manager relaying messages, and no handoff to a junior team once the contract is signed.
Clysentra is independent: no reselling other agencies' work, no referral kickbacks, and no marked-up tools passed through to clients. The focus stays on the engagement itself.
What Clysentra will not promise: guaranteed rankings or positions, specific traffic or revenue numbers, overnight results, a "secret method" nobody else has, or busywork sold as volume.
Next step
Talk to the person who'll do the work
No discovery gauntlet, no junior handoff after you sign. Start the conversation and see for yourself.
